Why we exist
Shopify and Stripe give you a box to upload files. They do not tell you which files the bank’s reason code actually wants, or how to label them. Autopilot apps take a cut when you win. A flat pack exists for merchants who already have the documents and need them mapped before the deadline.
We exist to turn the zip you already have into that list in 48 hours. Gaps stay marked. We do not talk to the bank. We do not promise you win. If you lose and you filed our pack on time, we credit the fee.
