Upload the marketplace zip

One zip is best: policy / listing / suspension email, listing screenshots, order and message history, photos, material invoices. The 48-hour clock starts when the files land. We never talk to the marketplace.

• We never send your files to Etsy or eBay.
• We use them only to build your labeled folder.
• We delete the zip after we send the pack, or in 14 days.
